At Pier One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).
- Underwear and loungewear (for hygiene reasons).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the desired replacement item in your email. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Pier One.
